Typhoon Parma Refused to be Discarded

My assessment of Typhoon Parma failed. The typhoon, trimmed to tropical cyclone by another stronger storm Melor and refused to be kowtowed to play their games somewhere else, landed again at the Philippines’ northern regions not only twice but trice and laid mayhem to the populace who were already gasping for breath as a result of the previous downpour devastating the life and property as well as their source of livelihood.

Tropical depression Pepeng (international code name Parma) as per PAGASA bulletin “has accelerated as it moves towards the South China Sea with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center. It is forecast to move northwest at 15 kph. Ridge of high pressure area affecting the eastern sections of the country.” It is heading to Haikou Island of China or Vietnam. It will be disgusting if it will ricochet on different direction hitting back its earlier path.

‘Hope “Parma” will fade away. Enough! I hate to see pictures of my kababayan languishing in pains of losing lives and properties …helpless!
